I chose this hotel to escape the hectic Sinulog festivities, and while I appreciated the spacious and newly refurbished room, my stay was marred by communication issues and a lack of available amenities. The hotel felt a bit underprepared and wasn't as advertised, but the warm hospitality from the staff made up for some of the shortcomings. I think there are better options for the price, but I might return due to the kind service.
